  • The item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at thea.arkina@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return or exchange request.
  • Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

  • Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original packing slip and the RA number.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit as per your request.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund would be processed between 7 to 10 days.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Exchanges
  • If you're exchanging an item for a different size, color, or design, please indicate the new item details in your return package or during your communication with our customer service team.
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will process a refund or offer you a store credit.
