RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Arisaa jewellery. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery.

In-Store Returns: Items can be returned or exchanged at our physical Arisaa store for your convenience.

CONDITION: Products must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

EXCLUSIONS: Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

RETURN POLICY FOR GARMENTS:

Due to hygiene and quality-control reasons, we do not offer money-back refunds on any garment purchases.

However, in the event of an eligible return, the full purchase value will be issued as store credit only. Store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase and must be used within the validity period specified at the time of issuance.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
