    We want you to love your Arisaa jewellery. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery.

    In-Store Returns: Items can be returned or exchanged at our physical Arisaa store for your convenience.

    Condition: Products must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

    Exclusions: Personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

    Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
